The announcement from Cystic Fibrosis Foundation:
We are beyond excited to invite you to ResearchCon 2021, a free, online community conference where researchers, clinicians, and CF community members will share the latest information on CF science and research.
The theme for this year’s event is CF and the Whole Person, and more than 80 researchers, clinicians, and community members have been working to create an amazing program for you. Sessions will explore the depth and breadth of the CF experience — from diagnosis to mental health, nutrition, and disease management throughout a lifetime, along with a timely session on COVID-19 and telehealth.
There was so much to cover, we’ve extended ResearchCon 2021 to two days! The first day, Thursday, April 15, attendees will get to choose from 10 information sessions, which will be full of the latest information on current topics. On the second day, Saturday, April 17, attendees will develop skills to strengthen the patient-care team relationship, learn more about how Compass can help with financial challenges, and have extensive time to ask questions of researchers in roundtable conversations on topics such as nutrition, the GI system, CFRD, and fungal infections.
