Our mission statement states: “CFFC is dedicated to supporting individuals with CF and their families in their daily journey with cystic fibrosis.” We can’t think of a better way to support our community than providing an opportunity to get together with our peers in a safe and fun environment. That is, Family Day.
We will once again host Family Day at Wickham Farms (1315 Sweets Corners Rd, Penfield, NY 14526). This year’s gathering will be on Sunday, August 9, 2026. We have reserved The Barn from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; however, your entry passes are good for the whole day.
For some more good news, attendance at Family Day is FREE to all members of our CF community: people living with CF and their family, support network and caregivers. Attendance includes admission, access to all activities and a voucher good at any one of the food locations.
Want to join us? Please! Just complete the form and register by August 1st. We ask for an email address so we can confirm your registration and provide you with updates. A phone number is optional if you prefer notification by text message. On Family Day, tell the staff at the gate that you are with CFFC to receive your entry passes and meal vouchers.
We are aware of cross-infection concerns which is why we have chosen an open air facility. We even open all the doors at The Barn to provide a flow of fresh air. WE will also provide a string of purple beads to each person with CF so they can make an informed decision about contact.
The Barn provides a convenient meeting place with tables to enjoy your food out of the sun and away from the general crowd. In addition to a display of CFFC programs, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Western NY Chapter will also an information table.
