There is also a nice explanation of the importance of research that is halted prematurely.
06/09/2026 – Groundbreaking research at Iowa helps woman with cystic fibrosis defy expectations – This story is a bit of a brag about the state of Iowa but we can appreciate a success story regardless of location.
06/10/2026 – Ozempic and similar weight-loss drugs linked to 30% lower breast cancer risk – This research was not directed to the CF community but, with the increasing use of GLP-1 drugs by people living with CF, the potential benefits may be applicable.
