Ivacaftor Effects Upon Insulin and Incretin in CF
This study aims to understand the impact of the new CF agent, ivacaftor, upon blood sugar and insulin. Knowledge gained from this study can lead to better understanding of the use of these new CFTR medications in interrupting progressive insulin deficiency and development of CFRD.

Sweat Chloride Comparison Project
This trial will directly compare two methods in both infants and children undergoing standard sweat chloride testing and determine the best method for accurate and reproducible sweat chloride collection.
