Tobramycin Inhalation Powder (TIP) in People with Cystic Fibrosis Extension Study

The purpose of this extension study is to collect additional 48 weeks of safety data from patients taking TIP who have completed the core study CTBM100C2401. The purpose of collecting second year safety data through this study is to obtain long-term (2 years) safety data of TIP. The study is in the recruiting phase. Biomarkers and Exacerbations in CF

This trial will measure biomarkers in blood, sputum, and exhaled breath at baseline and during the course of an exacerbation to to determine if biomarkers can be used to identify individuals who would benefit from initiation of antibiotic therapy as well as benefit from prolonged courses of antibiotics.
