Dear Friend,

Last week, we wrote to let you know about changes to the Foundation’s Infection Prevention and Control Policy for Foundation events, meetings and offices. Since then, we have received some questions about the updated policy and how it will affect the CF community.

Today I’m writing to let you know that we will be hosting a live, interactive webcast where we will discuss the policy and take questions from the audience. The webcast will be held on Wednesday, March 27 from 2-3 p.m. (Eastern time), and is open to all interested members of the CF community.

The webcast will feature CF Foundation medical leaders as well as a national expert in CF infection control, who will provide an overview of the updated policy and discuss the latest medical research that led to the changes. The group will also take questions from the audience.

Featured speakers are:

Members of the CF community are encouraged to submit questions they would like answered during the webcast when they register online.  Questions can also be submitted during the live webcast. We can’t guarantee that every question will be answered, but we will address as many as possible.

We look forward to continuing the conversation on March 27 and hope you will join us.

Thank you for all you are doing to advance our mission in the fight against CF.

Sincerely,

Robert J. Beall, Ph.D.
President and CEO
