11/28/2025 – CFTR Mutations – Here’s an informative chart provided by Cystic Fibrosis News Today that displays the classes of CFTR mutations and the effects of each class. It also provides examples of the specific mutations within each class and incudes a link to a more detailed article on the topic. When you factor in the notion that an individual may have mutations from two different classes, it helps explain the vast array of presentations of CF.
