03/20/2025 – Save the Dates – CFFC has scheduled our two major events for 2025. CFFC Family Day will be held on Sunday, August 3rd from 10AM to 2PM at Wickham Farms. The Living with CF Golf Tournament swings into action on Saturday, September 13th from 8:30AM to 1:00PM at Southern Meadows Golf Club. More details on these event will be provided in the future.
