03/09/2026New study links Kaftrio treatment to lower insulin doses in CFRD – The initial focus on the effects of CFTR modulators was on improvements in lung function. Later study has shown improvements other areas of health, such as the positive impact on CF-related diabetes demonstrated in this study.
