Celebrate the moment with us at the Western New York Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Buffalo and Rochester annual meetings, which will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Rochester and Thursday, March 6, 2025 in Buffalo.
During this annual gathering, we will reflect on the extraordinary achievements we’ve made as a community in 2024 and celebrate our dedicated volunteers and sponsors who supported us in our mission to cure cystic fibrosis.
