We have passed two key dates on the calendar: the Living with CF Golf Tournament and the autumnal equinox. Those familiar with CFFC know what that means: it’s time to order your holiday decor!
CFFC is again offering three decor options to bring a little joy to the CF community served by the Rochester CF Center. “Community” means not only those living with CF, but also includes family, significant others, care team members and anyone in the support network.
The holiday decor is provided FREE to individuals with CF. You can also order any of items for other community members for the prices listed below. To take advantage of this offer, please complete and submit the form below by November 1st. A member of CFFC’s board will deliver the items before the end of November.

If you are ordering decor for a caregiver, supporter or yourself, payment can be made using either PayPal or Venmo. “Traditionalists” can pay by check (see our Donate page for details).
