CFFC Family Day is just around the corner (on the calendar and on the map). We look forward to strengthening the bond in the Rochester/Finger Lakes CF community at Wickham Farms (see map below) on Sunday August 4th from 1:00PM to 5:00PM. Admission is FREE for everyone registered through CFFC. By “everyone,” we mean individuals living with CF, their families, their extended support network and caregivers in the Rochester CF Center. There are four simple steps to get the most out of this event.
Sign Up Complete the simple form below to let us now how many people are joining in the fun. We need to give a list of registered guests to the Wickham Farms team by July 30th, so please sign up now.
Check In When you get to Wickham Farms, go to the main entry and let them know you are with the CFFC party. You will receive bracelets for admission to all activities and goodies from the food concessions. They will then point you to The Barn.
Learn You can learn more about our community through conversations with other attendees. We will also have tables where you can learn about: (1) transplantation, CFRD and mental health by chatting with Leisha Cuddihy, and (2) CFFC programs through discussion with Karly Schuhart and Greg Smith. We have also invited vendors to tell you about their products and services.
Eat, Drink and Be Merry The bracelets you receive at check-in are you passes to all that Wickham Farms has to offer. Enjoy the day!!
