The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) announced two nearly identical phase three trials to examine the safety and effectiveness of the study drug VX 809 in combination with Kalydeco in people with CF who are aged 12 years and older and have two copies of the F508del-CFTR mutation.
The first study is currently recruiting trial participants; the second study is not yet at the recruitment stage. Not all trial sites have been identified yet. If you are interested in either of these trials please contact your center for more information.
