We have received exciting news from URMC regarding their approach to caring for individuals with chronic conditions that originated in childhood (including cystic fibrosis). The Complex Care Center (CCC) is currently scheduled to open in Spring 2016. Those of you who have visited the Adult CF Clinic will have no trouble finding the CCC – it’s just across the driveway from Culver Medical Group at 905 Culver Road. Once open, you’ll want to update your phone list for CCC’s new number: 585-276-7900.

The new UR Medicine Complex Care Center (CCC), scheduled to open in spring 2016, will be a comprehensive resource for adults with childhood onset health conditions. Conveniently located at 905 Culver Road, the CCC will fill a vital healthcare need in the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes regions, which currently have no centralized healthcare service for referring providers, service agencies or patients ages 19 and older with chronic health conditions. Our highly experienced, professional team at the CCC will be dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients with unique healthcare needs.
You will see familiar faces at the CCC. For example, Dr. Tiffany Pulcino, one of physicians supporting the CF Adult Clinic, will be the Director of the CCC.
